Website and technical access data
We host this website on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Microsoft processes technical connection data, including IP address, time, requested address and browser information, to deliver the website and protect its operation. Static content is distributed globally.
Cookies and Google Analytics
We load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) only with your consent, to understand which pages are visited. We send page views with the page address without URL parameters or fragment, the page title, the origin of the referring website, device and browser information and technical connection data. Processing in the USA is possible. The legal basis is your consent, including Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where applicable.
We record page views and the session events that Google Analytics generates automatically with them (session start, first visit, engagement time). Further automatic events such as scroll depth, clicks, downloads and form interactions, Google Signals, personalised advertising, granular location and device data and the collection of user-provided data are disabled. Our Google Analytics account is not linked to any advertising products. No measurement takes place on waitlist confirmation and unsubscribe pages or on the error page.
We store your cookie choice for 180 days in local browser storage under remivis-consent-v1. After consent, Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_ESQLW5P1KC, which we configure with a maximum lifetime of 180 days. Google Analytics retains event and user data for us for 2 months; aggregated reports without reference to individual users may be kept longer. Without consent, we load no Google Analytics tags and send no analytics pings.
You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings”. On withdrawal, we disable further measurement and remove analytics cookies accessible to this website. Data already transmitted is not automatically deleted. We do not send form contents, email addresses or confirmation links as analytics events. Fonts and images are served locally.
Waitlist and email
When you sign up, we process your email address, selected language, signup and confirmation timestamps, consent version and subscription status. You first receive a confirmation email. Only after your explicit confirmation do we add you to the waitlist for information about the remivis pilot. Signing up does not grant app access.
We use Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) for email delivery and contact management. Resend receives your email address and, after confirmation, your language and waitlist status. Subscription status and technical delivery records are also stored in Azure Table Storage in West Europe. An internal email notifies us of confirmed subscriptions.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our waitlist emails or by emailing us. This unsubscribes you from the remivis waitlist. Joining again requires a new confirmation.
Retention
Confirmation links are valid for 24 hours. Unconfirmed entries are removed from the waitlist store after approximately 48 hours during the next maintenance run. Confirmed entries are retained for waitlist communication until you unsubscribe or the waitlist ends.
After a successful unsubscribe, we delete the Azure waitlist record after 30 days during the next maintenance run. Resend retains an unsubscribed status so your preference is respected. Delivery logs and emails already delivered are not automatically deleted by this process. You can request further deletion from us; necessary records or legal retention duties may limit deletion.
Contact and service providers
If you contact us by email, we process your message and contact details in Microsoft 365 to respond to your request. Microsoft and Resend may also process data outside Switzerland and the EEA, particularly in the USA. The selected Azure storage region does not mean that all data is processed exclusively in Europe.
Your rights
Waitlist communication is based on your consent. Technical processing serves secure operation; we process contact requests to respond to your enquiry. Where the GDPR applies, the respective legal bases are Article 6(1)(a), (f), or (b) for contract-related enquiries.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent for the future. Depending on applicable data protection law, further rights may include restriction, objection and data portability. Contact hello@remivis.com to exercise these rights. You may also contact a competent data protection authority, including the FDPIC in Switzerland.
Website and application
This privacy notice applies to the public website and its waitlist. A future tenant connection within the separate remivis application is not performed here.
